Yes! We offer an Express Dispatch Guarantee, to give you the BEST possible chance of getting your parcel on time for a deadline.

Upgrade to our Express Shipping & Dispatch service at checkout and your order will be sent express with Australia Post and jump to the front of the queue to be designed and made first at our warehouse.

Turnaround times will be fast-tracked to approx. 2-3 business days.

Yes. If you would like to combine orders, please send us an email ASAP, quoting all of your order numbers. Please keep in mind that we will only be able to combine orders that have not been processed and/or left our warehouse. Postage refunds will not be issued to those who do not get in contact with us via email.

Please note: We may not be able to combine orders during peak periods due to the large volume of orders we receive during this time.

No, we don't allow local pickup of orders at this time.

If your order has not yet been shipped we should be able to upgrade your order to express shipping. Please email us as soon as possible so we can see where your order is up to.

A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand and is in transit to us from our manufacturer. Pre-order items have an ‘estimated release date’ which is the date given to us by the shipper for when it will arrive to us. The ‘estimated release date’ is advertised on the listing. Stock can arrive earlier, or later, than the ‘estimated’ date that is given. Customs and transit delays are unforeseen and unpredictable but sometimes do occur which can delay items arriving.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.

ORDER INFORMATION

Please send us an email as soon as possible. If we have not yet started production on your order we will be able to make the necessary update for you. However, if your order has already been made, unfortunately we are unable to make any further updates.

While we always aim to be 100% accurate in every order we make, sometimes mistakes can occur due to the highly personalised nature of our products. In the unlikely event that your order has a spelling mistake (created in error by us) or you have received an incorrect order, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos.

Please remember that we don’t review your text so double-check your spelling before placing your order.

We always recommend choosing a light photo with little shadow for our print on wood products. We do not make any changes to your photo, we simply print exactly as it is uploaded. Please ensure your photo is of a lighter nature to get the best results when printed.

We are paper free at T-Leaf Collections so whether sending as a gift or for yourself, no invoices will ever be sent with your package.

Unfortunately, due to the large volume of orders we create, a proof isn’t possible. If there is something specific you’re after, please make it nice and clear in the comments for us and if we have any questions we’ll reach out.

A lot of our designs are interactive so you can swap and change the fonts as you like. For those that aren't, the font choices you see are those that are matched to that design. If you would like a font that you see that is on a different design, please make this nice and clear in the comments.

Your preview image should look like your finished product, however we do manually create your order so there may be some small variance.

This is usually due to the size of the image that you are trying to upload. We recommend that each photo is max. 2MB in size.

PRODUCT CARE

Our Keepsake Boxes are fragile and can dent easily, please handle them with care. Ensure that they are stored in a cool, dry place. Make sure you don't store anything on top or next to your tin as it could easily scratch or damage it.

To keep your product clean, simply use a dry lint free cloth to gently wipe away any dust. Do not use any cleaning product as this may damage the tin and printing on your item.

Our keepsake boxes have a special rust-proof coating however at the curved corners there can be small rust over time.

Colours and grains may vary with our timber, this is due to the natural nature of the material and so each piece we create is unique. Our timber products are made for indoor use, so we recommend keeping your item away from direct sunlight.

To keep your product clean, simply use a dry cloth to wipe away any dust, do not use any cleaning product as this may damage the wood and printing on your item.

Our acrylic (including our acrylic mirror) products are fragile. Please handle them with care. Do not drop the acrylic as it may break. If your product requires hanging, please ensure that it is fastened securely and not within reach of children.

Ensure that the kangaroo leather does not come into contact with any form of moisture like water or oils. Our leather is made for indoor use, so we recommend keeping your item away from direct sunlight.

Here are some helpful tips for your succulents:

  • Remove your succulent from it's box IMMEDIATELY.
  • Water them only if the soil is dry to touch.
  • Keep them somewhere with plenty of light and airflow and away from humidity. for example, a covered outdoor area is the best place and kitchen or bathroom is the worst place for them.
  • Also avoid water drops on the leaves when they're under direct sunlight as they act like magnifiers and can burn the leaves.
  • T-Leaf Collections holds no responsibility for succulents once they have left our care.
